Product Features

· Function keys: Call, Intercom, Hang up, Monitor, Barge-in, Take over, Whisper, Transfer, zone call, zone call, zone broadcast, multi-selection (default single-selection, multi-party Paging and multi-party broadcasting under multi-selection status) , Contact, emergency broadcast

· Call: Enter the extension number or enter the number to be called, press the call button, and the dispatcher phone will ring and pick up the phone and call the target munber at the same time.

· Intercom: Select the terminal that needs intercom and click the "Call" button to talk to the selected terminal extension.

· Hang up: Select the terminal that is calling, click the "Hang up" button, and the selected terminal extension will stop the call immediately.

· Monitor: When the terminal is talking, you can monitor the terminal's conversation; when the terminal is idle, you can monitor the environment sound of the tenninal.

· Barge: Select the terminal that is ta lking and click the "Barge" button. After the dispatcher's phone rings and picks up, the call to the selected terminal inunediately becomes a three-way call.

· Take over: select the terminal that is cull'ently on a call, click the "Take over" button to tear down the call, and the dispatcher will talk to the new selected tenninal extension.

· Whisper: Select the tenninal that is talking and click the "Whisper" button. The dispatcher will talk to the selected terminal without the other party being aware of it.

· Transfer: when terminal A is talking with the dispatcher, select the terminal B to transfer, and click the "Transfer" button, dispatcher can establish a call with the selected tenninal B. After the dispatcher hangs up, terminal A and tenninal B can be on nonnal conversation.

· Partition Paging: After clicking the "Partition paging" button, a paging task is inunediately initiated to all terminals in the cmrent zone, and the tenninals can only listen but carmot speak.

· Partition Broadcast: After clicking the "Partition Broadcast" button, it will immediately jump to the broadcast task interface and initiate a broadcast task to all tenninals in the current zone.

· Multi-party Paging: select multiple terminals at the same time, dick the "multi-party Paging" button, and immediately add the selected multiple tenminals to the paging task.

· Multi-party Broadcast: Select multiple terminals at the same time, click the "Multi-party Broadcast" button, immediately jump to the broadcast task interface, and add the selected multiple terminals to the broadcast task.

· Emergency Broadcast: all calls can be interrupted, and the pre-setted broadcast task will be played in the whole area at the same time.

· Full screen: display the browser in full screen format.
