Ubitron Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the protection of your personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

  • Electronic data is permanently deleted using technical measures that prevent recovery.
  • Printed personal information is shredded or incinerated.

The Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties, except in the following cases:

  • When prior consent is obtained from the user
  • When required by law or requested by investigative authorities through legal procedures



6. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

The Company does not share or entrust users’ personal information to third-party service providers without prior consent. If such entrustment becomes necessary in the future, the Company will notify users and obtain their consent in advance.



7. User and Legal Guardian Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users and legal guardians may view, modify, or request the deletion of their personal information or that of a minor under 14 years old at any time.

  • Users can update or delete their information by accessing "Edit Personal Information" (or “Modify Member Information”) in their account settings.
  • To withdraw consent or delete their account, users can select "Delete Account" and complete the verification process.
  • Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer via written request, phone, or email, and the Company will promptly take action.

If a user requests a correction of inaccurate personal information, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been shared with a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party and ensure that the necessary corrections are made.

The Company ensures that deleted personal information is handled in accordance with retention and disposal policies and is not accessed or used for any other purpose.



8. Use of Automatic Data Collection Technologies

The Company does not use cookies or similar technologies to automatically collect personal information while users access online services.
